A certified divorce mediator and Social Worker, Susan Weaver has been practicing Family Law for over 30 years, including Domestic Relations (Divorce) and Juvenile Courts. Instrumental in implementing Child Support legislation in Ohio, she designed the first set of Child Support Guidelines used in the state for the Cleveland court. She also designed and implemented the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) program, where attorneys receive training in representing children in divorce and juvenile courts. The Guardian ad Litem concept has now become part of Ohio Law.
